Yes I know the last thing you need in a workshop is an airline to help circulate the dust even more but providing you have adequate extraction mentioned earlier then you will find a compressor invaluable for blowing out burrs etc and with the many air tools on the market you will use it frequently. That is not everything but is a quick description of the main items in the workshop, there are plenty of smaller items which you will build up over a period of time that I have not listed like callipers, electric & battery drills, forstner bits, arbortec cutter, indexing system, electric scroll saw, foot switch for the lathe etc etc.
