I have a Oneway Stronghold chuck, if I ever find a problem with this I will let you know but don’t hold your breath as it is excellent and will most probably out last me. Must say thanks to Leslie Thorne at 'The Shed direct', an excellent product, so much so I have just bought another Oneway chuck, but this time a ‘Talon’ for my wife Christina’s Axminster 600 lathe. There is a good selection of jaws available for both chucks and I recommend you purchase the Jumbo jaws in addition to the normal No 1, 2 & 3 type as they are invaluable for remounting that bowl or platter so you can finish the underside. In the pictures the two chucks seem a similar size but the Stronghold is about four and a half inches in diameter and the Talon three and a half inches, so unfortunately the jaws are not interchangeable.
